David Earl Stevens, 68, of Nineveh, passed away Wednesday, March 27, 2019. He was born to Frank and Christina (Kiel) Stevens on April 19, 1950 in Indianapolis.
David was a veteran of the United States Marine Corps, proudly serving his country from 1967 to 1970 fighting in the Vietnam War. He was a very patriotic man. David married Ronda (Gammon) Stevens in 1984. He was a wrecker driver for AAA and Interstate Towing. David was a volunteer firefighter for Cordry Sweetwater. He enjoyed going fishing and playing cards. David also liked target shooting.
David is survived by his wife, Ronda Lee (Gammon) Stevens of Nineveh and his step-son, Joseph (Sandra Moore) Lepper of Franklin.
David was preceded in death by his parents, Frank and Christina (Kiel) Stevens and six siblings.
A visitation will be Monday, April 1st from 5 p.m. to 7 p.m. with a service immediately following at Jessen Funeral Home, 729 N. U.S. Hwy 31, Whiteland, IN, 46184.
