Ronald E. "Moose" Wesselman, 77, of Franklin, Indiana went to be with the Lord on Monday, October 7, 2019 in Indianapolis.

He was born on Monday, March 23, 1942 to the late Henry Christian Wesselman and Alma (Boyer) Wesselman. He married Martha L. Logue on Sunday, July 3, 1960 in Virginia, Illinois.

Ronald was a devout christian, who served as a Deacon at Christian Chapel Church. He was very active in the Men's Group and his life reflected as an example of a true christian man. He was involved with the Cub Scouts as a Leader. He lived for his children and grandchildren. He was a loving father and husband. Ronald was an avid bowler, bass fisherman and loved to travel with his adoring wife, Marty. He worked for National Starch & Chemical for over forty years. Ronald was a proud United States Marine Special Forces, combined Action Patrol (CAP) Unit and Vietnam Veteran.

He was preceded in death by his parents.

Ronald's survivors include his wife, Martha L. Wesselman; his children, Robin (Barbara) Wesselman of Franklin, Trena (Rodney) Yaden of Franklin; his God children, James Cisco Jr. of Indianapolis and Mary "Marci" Cisco of Orlando, Florida; his grandchildren, Abigail (Michael) Robertson, Gabriel Yaden, Becca Garrett, Aaron Garrett, Sophie Wesselman; a great grandchild, Duncan Robertson; a brother, Henry C. Wesselman of New Whiteland; many nieces and nephews.

In lieu of flowers memorial contributions can be made to the Christian Chapel Church.

A visitation will be on Friday, October 25, 2019 from 9 a.m. to 11:00 a.m. with a Memorial Service at 11:00 a.m. at the Christian Chapel Church in Morgantown, Indiana.

Inurnment with Military Rites will be at The Indiana Veterans Memorial Cemetery in Madison, Indiana.
