Mary Jane (Mann) Kelly, 76, of Whiteland, Indiana, passed away on Saturday, March 27, 2021 in Franklin, Indiana.
Mary Jane was born on January 19, 1945 in Carthage, Missouri to the late Harry Mann and Anne (Orr) Mann Braughton.
Mary Jane was employed at Bluff Creek Christian Church and worked as a secretary for 17 years until her retirement in 2007.
Mary Jane had a strong, personal relationship with Jesus Christ and was a devoted member of Bluff Creek Christian Church.
Mary Jane is survived by her two daughters, Barbara Anne Kelly-Robinson of Mooresville, Indiana and Kathryn Jane (Matt) Zerafa of Greenbush, Michigan; her five grandchildren and four great-grandchildren; her sister, Anne (Walter) Cottrell of Evansville, Indiana.
Mary Jane was married to Darroll Kelly for 43 years and was preceded in his death in 2012. She is also preceded in death by her son-in-law, Dennis Wayne Robinson, her father, Harry Mann, her mother, Anne Braughton, and her stepfather, Charles Braughton.
Memorial contributions may be made out to St. Jude Children's Research Hospital.
A funeral service will be conducted on Tuesday, March 30, 2021 at 1:00pm at Jessen Funeral Home ~ Whiteland Chapel with visitation from 11:00am until the funeral hour. Mary Jane will be laid to rest at Resthaven Cemetery in Edinburgh, Indiana.
Per the Indiana State Governor, Eric Holcomb, and the Indiana State Department of Health's mandate, social distancing regulations are required with guests maintaining a minimum of 6 feet apart from one another. Masks are mandatory and are to be worn at all times. No food is permitted at this time.
